Run or hike on gorgeous, challenging trails in September - while supporting Pennsylvania's only statewide hiker advocacy and trail maintaining organization, Keystone Trails Association!

We are pleased to offer the 9th annual KTA Trail Challenge, featuring two courses to choose from: 25K Super Hike and the 50K Ultra! Both events are open to hikers and trail runners!

New to this event? 50K too daunting? The 25K option is sure to provide trail enthusiasts of all ages and abilities with a challenge that they'll remember fondly! Trails, stream crossing, ravines, hills, a little road run and vistas are all part of this course. The 25K begins this year at beautiful Susquehannock State Park.

Note: all course information the same in 2017 as 2016, EXCEPT the times that the checkpoints close, and the 25k will begin at 9am, not 8am.

The 50K is for trail runners and fast, fit hikers -- a difficult course that will test the limits of even the most prepared individuals. Check out the 50k elevation profile:

note: the first 1km and final 1km represent walking to the starting line and walking away from the finish line.
