Treks & Trails Promotion for KTA Members

Paul Shaw, KTA Vice-President and co-owner of Treks & Trails International, announces that Treks & Trails will donate $200 to KTA for every KTA member who registers for a Treks & Trails hiking trip for 2014. This is a unique opportunity to experience a hiking adventure of a lifetime and support KTA at the same time. Destinations include Scandinavia, the UK, the Pyrenees, Newfoundland, Morocco, Italy, Ireland, Mexico, and Chile. New for 2014 is the Hadrian’s Wall Path which extends coast-to-coast in northern England, from Carlisle to Newcastle. Hadrian’s Wall, a marvel of Roman engineering, was constructed to keep the “barbaric” Scottish tribes to the north from disturbing “civilized” Britannia. Another new trip is day-hiking in Iceland featuring some of the most dramatic and surreal landscapes on the planet. Hikes lead to thunderous waterfalls, glaciers, volcanoes, geysers and hot springs. Trips range from easy to challenging. All trips are led by Paul or co-owner Todd Lange. For details, click here.
