Linda Enders, a KTA Representatives-at-Large, recommends this true story; it is an inspiring tale of civil action and community members teaming up to take on a mining company set to destroy the local Belview Mountain, which sits next to the Appalachian Trail. In the story, Jay Leutze, author, is contacted by the “mountain people," desperate to hire this non-practicing attorney to stop the destruction. This is a great page-turner, truly showing what is possible when people come together with a common goal of righting a wrong.
