·         Jim Catozzi

Newton, PA

Jim has been a long-time volunteer at Tyler State Park, Bucks County, and is very active with the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Appalachian Mountain Club. He is also a master of Dutch oven cookery and, in recent years, has been keeping KTA Trail Crews fed during the week-long Trail Care Events.

·         Dave Gantz

State College, PA

Dave is a long-distance hiker who has hiked most of Pennsylvania’s backpacking trails. He also spends a lot of time encouraging others to explore the outdoors. He does this through employment at Appalachian Outdoors, as a backpacking leadership instructor at Penn State University, and by volunteering to lead hikes with several different organizations. Dave maintains a section of the Allegheny Front Trail and has authored 2 guidebooks: the Old Loggers Path Guide and the soon-to-be-published guide to the Chuck Keiper Trail.

·         Rob Altenburg

Harrisburg, PA

Rob has been Director, PennFuture Energy Center, since January 2014. Before joining PennFuture, he worked at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for about 22 years. Initially he helped forecast pollution levels by working on computer models and procedures for the Bureau of Air Quality; then he served as an executive policy specialist advising the governor’s office and the DEP’s executive staff on different environmental and public health issues. Before joining the DEP, he worked in software development and systems administration and also served in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he commanded a combat engineer company.
