Past KTA President David L. Raphael of State College, PA passed away on June 19. A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady Of Victory Catholic Church (820 Westerly Parkway, State College, PA 16801). His family has requested that memorial contributions be made in his name, to either KTA or ATC.
