KTA is seeking submissions for our Fall Photo Contest. Please e-mail your favorite Autumn photo of a Pennsylvania hiking trail to ktaadmin@verizon.net by 8 AM on August 15, 2014.
A maximum of ten photos will be included in the KTA Spring Photo Contest, which will take place from August 15-20, 2014 via KTA's Facebook page. If you are not already our "friend" on Facebook, this is a good opportunity to start - and to invite your hiking buddies to do the same, so they can vote for your photo!
The photo with the most amount of votes ("LIKES") by 5 PM on August 20 will be highlighted in KTA's September, 2014 newsletter, on Facebook, and on KTA's website. In addition, the person with the winning photograph will receive a complimentary one-year membership to Keystone Trails Association!
If the winning photo is able to be cropped to be used as the header photo for the digital newsletter, it will stay that way for the September, October, and November editions of The Keystone Hiker. Otherwise, another photo may be utilized for this purpose.
Rules: The photo must be taken of a Pennsylvania hiking trail in the Autumn months (approximate). Please include the name of the hiking trail and/or vista or landmark, the names of any individuals in the photograph for whom faces are apparent, and your full name, preferred e-mail address, phone number, and city/ state. Non-digital photographs will not be accepted. By providing us with a photograph you automatically give us permission to use it on our website and in any/ all digital communications, with credits to you.
